*Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all, the following policies are honored:
*24 hour advance notice is required when canceling, rescheduling or altering the duration of your appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid on the day itself prior to your next scheduled appointment.
*No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment.

*Sickness Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of any infectious, contagious or other serious health condition that massage may be contraindicated (It is your responsibility to check with your Primary Care Provider first). If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the fee for cancellation policy may be waived. However, if you get sick on the same day of your appointment, our 24-hour cancellation policy applies for your appointment. Our massage therapist/practitioner's schedule is considered protected time as well.
*Tardiness Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment.
*Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, the massage therapist/practitioner will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. However, if you are late more than 20 minutes, it is considered a "no show". Regardless of the length of the session actually given or not, you will be responsible for the “full” amount of the session. Out of respect and consideration to your massage therapist/practitioner and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
